lunch with dad at the noodle house

me with dad talking about drama
which lured into chatter about paul getting married
out of the question but conversation no less
no mention about Peter
aside from the last conversation with dad
dealing with him funding Peter for the last seven years

though I'm willing to challenge the argument
stating that it has been longer than that

went to the grocery afterwards
strictly for sorbet
ended with more than what I initially anticipated
typical, no worries though
the evening before went to fish city grill

the agenda for today
get washed up
talk about the football game with Vania
